I currently live in a Cape Cod type of home that currently has a 2nd floor with two bedrooms and sloped ceilings at the ends because of the pitch of the roof. I would like to remove the roof and add a normal second floor with 2-3 bedrooms that have normal ceilings and still maintain the bathroom upstairs. In addition I would like to enclose the concrete patio outside of my kitchen by adding a sunroom but also giving the kitchen more room in that same sunroom.
